in Accounting
The first thing that most people want to try and do when getting into the control panel for the first time is to set up their e-mail address. When you are in the main page of e-mail account then you can see some empty field. This is where you can go to create a new e-mail account. Make sure that you put in the username that you want then you will have to input your password.
Make sure that remember to set a quota for your account, even if you have unlimited space. The reason is because even if you inbox is full depending on how many e-mails you have it can actually affect the site performance, just by having e-mails sitting in your inbox. When you are happy with what you have come up then click create account. After doing this your account will be all set up and ready to go. If you want to access your e-mail account then you need to where it says e-mail accounts and in your cPanel just like before.
Right below where you went to create a new e-mail account then you will see a list of all e-mail accounts that have been created. Then you need to click on more from the drop down menu and access webmail. Then you will be asked to enter the e-mail address password that you selected.
They next screen is the list of applications that you will have on your account. Usually you will see Round cube, Squirrel mail, and Horde. Each is different so its really up to you to decide which one that you want to use. Most people will try all of them and then decide which one that they want to keep using. You can use one and then switch back and forth and make sure that you use the one that works best for you. This offers a lot of features and options that a person can use for their e-mail, you want to make sure that you can use your account and that you can understand how to use it.
